50mm Thermal insulation to all external walls and the roof

Bituminous membrane are covering the roof and verandas

STRUCTURE

Made to comply fully with the European anti-seismic code regulation (Eurocodes).

Structural frame made of Reinforced concrete

External walls are made of 250mm thick masonry brick finished with layers of plaster and three coats of
paint for external use of the highest quality.

Internal walls are made of 100mm thick masonry brick finished with layers of cement plaster, one coat of
smooth finishing plaster and three coats of interior paint of the highest quality.

ELECTROMECHANICAL

Independent underfloor heating.
Air-conditioning split-type unit system in all areas, including wet areas.
Architectural led lighting in all spaces, as well as inside the closets.
